My Genre and Theme

My genre is going to be alternative. I chose this genre because there are a wide range of sub-groups and most of my favorite songs are on the alternative side of the music industry. The theme I have chosen is Misery because I feel as though it is an interseting theme and that most song written about such an emotion have a lot more feeling behind them.
